WHAT ARE CANVA AND CRELLO?
They are both designing tools online to create stunning designs easily for your blog or social media.
It could be both the best solution if you don’t have designing skills but want to create awesome designs that stand out.
That is why these tools are the favorite to bloggers and YouTubers because they can create visual content in minutes.
This is the well-known Canva homepage but there is a competitor to it and is called Crello.
And now is time to answer the question of what’s the real difference between these two.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANVA AND CRELLO?
Canva has 60k customizable templates, 4+ million stock photos, and all sorts of graphics to create on-brand content with unlimited team collaborations which is all cost $12.95 per month.
Crello has 30k templates, 500k stock photos, and limited team collaboration (only 4) but costs only $9.99 per month.
As you can see they are the same, but Crello has less of what Canva has to offer. That’s why I most recommend Canva over Crello. But you decide which meets you need the best, however, you can try them both for free:

WHICH IS MORE USER-FRIENDLY?
They are both easy to use, but still what makes them different as we look at the ease of use?
Canva is a clean user interface that makes it easy to play with different functionalities without frustration.
Not just that but the drag and drop editing makes it super accessible, even for beginners in design.
You can easily drag and edit image format, font, size, background effects, and elements.
All the major features of Canva make online graphic designing and sharing very easy.
You can download, share, and publish your designs online directly via email, link, or social media integrations.
That’s why Canva makes your work really easy and makes it the best time-saving tool for your designs.
Now Crello is also easy to use tools for designing projects so there is no much difference between these two.
They both have a clean user-friendly interface and look similar.
Like Canva, it is also a drag and drop graphic designing tool which lets you easily drag and drop any element.
You can easily share your designs with others in the free plan of Crello but the user can only view your design and can’t edit them whereas in Canva anyone can edit your design if you allow them even in a free plan.

Integrations and Add-ons
Third-Party tools and services make our process even easier, let’s take a look at how Canva and Crello compare when it comes to integrations.
Crello doesn’t offer third party integration, whereas Canva does, so we’re going to talk about what those integrations are and how they can help you.
Canva has a tone of third party integration and apps. It is integrated with almost all the popular social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and commercial-free stock platforms such as Pexels, Pixabay, etc.
The cool thing is that you can Embed someone’s social posts like the Twitter tweet, YouTube video, Soundcloud music, and much much more into your designs.
You can also integrate with many service providers such as HubSpot, Box, or you can connect your cloud storage account like Dropbox or Google Drive to import or export your designs directly in Canva.
Besides that, it is integrated with email marketing services like Mailchimp.
I can’t mention all the integration available on Canva, but there are so many cool apps and services you can integrate into your account.
Crello doesn’t offer third party integration. However, you can share your designs on social media directly from Crello.
Pricing and Value for Money: Where Should You Invest?
A crucial factor to consider when choosing between Crello and Canva is how much it’s going to cost you, so let’s talk about pricing.
How much does Canva cost?
Canva lets you pay monthly or yearly and has two pricing plans, Pro, and Enterprise. The Pro plan costs $9.95 per month when billed annually or $12.95 monthly. The Enterprise plan costs $30 per month, and there’s a 30-days free trial as well to test it out.
How much does Crello cost?
Crello offers a monthly or yearly pro plan. The Pro plan costs $7.99 per month (billed annually) or $9.99 per month per user.
It also has a 14-days free trial of the Pro plan.
Help and Support: Who Has the Better Helping Hand?
You can also visit their Help Center to resolve the most common issues when using Canva and watch tutorials on how to use Canva.
If you’re on a pro or enterprise plan, you’ll get priority support whereas the free user won’t.
Crello on the other side provides customer support via email and there’s currently no phone support available.
To get answers to some of the common questions visit their Help Center, also you can watch tutorials on how to use Crello as well.
I am using Canva because this is the one that meets my design types needs.
But for creating video or animation designs I will also use Crello.
However, I find myself using and recommending Canva slightly more often because of better functionality, more features, unlimited team collaborations, on-branded content, and integrations.
It’s a REALLY hard decision to make but honestly, I think you can’t go wrong with either tool.
I recommend trying out the free trial of both tools to test them out and then make a decision on which one to choose.
And that’s it! Hopefully, this post has explored all the ins and outs of Canva and Crello and now you’ve got a much better idea of who to pick.
